Balancing Stress with a Simple Word

In this class we will process what brings us stress or discomfort. We will come up with a word or words that best describe that state of emotion. We will then dissolve that word through neurolines®, while processing symbolically the emotion/s and coming up with solutions.

Ancestral Mandala

The Ancestral mandala is a lovely way to connect, consider, reflect, work through and process generational attributes, trauma, and relational connection. Since the neurographic® process helps one to process difficult emotions through lines; this is a soft way to work through family issues.

Are you needing a little inspiration, insight and motivation to weave your dreams? We dive into a creative journey of the “dream catcher,” and learn about all that it represents, culturally and symbolically. I will guide you in making your own dream catcher while helping you to consider the resources, mental processes, and the techniques to turn your work into a unique Neuro Art piece.

Feathers are such beautiful objects; representing flight, freedom, letting go, protection, and so much more. We will explore the many symbols of feathers and draw our own. Then we will NeuroArt our piece into our own personal expression!

Day of the Dead Skull

Sunday, October 26th, 2025 1pm-4pm

Are you dealing with loss and struggled with the death of a loved one, end of a relationship, or a job or life change? Come out to learn a brief history of “The Day of the Dead/ Dia de los Muertos,” a Latin tradition of honoring those we’ve loss. We will make our own personal version of the scull with symbols representing those we mourn.
